Epicurus' Banquet 2024

Sponsored by the General Incorporated Association "Escoffier Society of Japan"

Yoshihiko Fukuda, Honorary Chairman of the Escoffier Society of Japan, personally supervised the menu for the Epicurus dinner party in Shibuya, Tokyo. This year, Tetsuji Saito, Executive Chef of Tokyo Kaikan, and Eisuke Sato, Head Chef of BELLUSTAR TOKYO /HOTEL GROOVE SHINJYUKU, will be serving as cooperating chefs.
Additionally, Chef Kenichi Kikuchi from Pâtisserie Les Annees Folles, whose main store is in the neighboring Ebisu district, will be invited to brighten up the dinner party with retro-modern desserts. Enjoy a one-night-only feast prepared by four chefs.
