This lunch course allows you to enjoy a menu using "kinki," a high-quality fish from Hokkaido known for its rich flavor and fine texture, and "Noto pork," a brand of pork from Ishikawa.
We use a generous half of a fragrantly grilled kinki and serve it with a superior sauce packed with the flavor of Jinhua ham, said to be one of the world's three great hams. Please enjoy the luxurious taste of the fatty kinki.
