Accommodation-related questions

    How do I make a reservation?

    A.

    If you would like to make a reservation by phone, please contact the reservation center or hotel.
    We also accept reservations 24 hours a day on our website or mobile site.

  • Q.

    Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged (100% of the accommodation fee at the time of booking, including cancellations made after 3pm the day before, on the day of booking, and no-shows).
    However, this varies depending on the reservation details (number of rooms, number of people, etc.), so please contact us separately.

  • Q.

    Is there an extra charge for existing beds?

    A.

    With regard to accommodation, children staying with one adult can stay free of charge if they share a bed with another adult, and children under elementary school age can stay free of charge. (For example, if there are two adults, up to two elementary school students can stay free of charge.)
    Breakfast is free for preschool children, 800 yen for elementary school children, and adult rates apply for junior high school students and above.

    How many days in advance do I need to make a reservation?

    If there are vacant rooms, you can make a reservation on the day.

    What time is check-in and check-out?

    A.

    Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
    Please note that depending on your accommodation plan, there may be times other than those listed above, so please check each time.

    Can I pay by credit card?

    The following cards are accepted. For other cards, please contact the hotel directly.

    Is there a courier service?

    Delivery by courier is available on a prepaid or cash on delivery basis.
    Luggage can be accepted at the front desk.

    Is there a safety deposit box?

    A.

    There are no safety deposit boxes in the rooms. Please leave your valuables at the front desk and store them in the hotel safe. (Please note that we may not be able to store valuables depending on their size.)

    Is there a refrigerator?

    A.

    All rooms are equipped with Peltier refrigerators. However, they are not capable of cooling hot items, so please use them as coolers.

    Can you tell me about the internet connection?

    A.

    Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Wired LAN is also available in the guest rooms. All are free to use.

    Until what time can I use the lounge?

    A.

    Available from 15:00 to 24:00.

    Please tell me what time breakfast is served.

    A.

    The hours are from 7:00 to 10:00.

    Do you have highchairs?

    Yes, we do have them available. As the number is limited, please contact us when you wish to use them.

    Is there a smoking area?

    Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, except for the outdoor smoking area on the 4th floor (front desk).

    Are there any PCs and printers that I can use free of charge?

    A.

    There is a computer corner in the lobby that you can use free of charge.
    Printers and copiers are also available for use (charges apply).

  • Q.

    Are there coin laundry facilities?

    A.

    There is a laundry room on the 4th floor (front desk floor). The laundry room is available 24 hours a day.

    Is there a parking lot?

    A.

    There is a parking lot available (1 minute walk from the hotel).
    Location: Kahuna Asahibashi Parking Lot (opposite the hotel's main entrance)
