Pedestrian traffic restrictions have been implemented on surrounding roads, including the road in front of the hotel.
As a result of this, the following situation has arisen at present:
・Road closures around the hotel
・Closing of Exit A23 at the East Exit of Hanshin Railway's Kobe-Sannomiya Station
・ Detours when using other surrounding roads

During the construction work, customers using Hanshin Railways are asked to use the following route:
1) Exit from the East Exit ticket gate
2) After exiting the ticket gate, take the [A25] elevator immediately ahead on the left and get off at [R Deck].
3) Once you get off, continue straight ahead on the deck. (You will see the hotel building ahead on the left.)
4) Take the elevator on the right just before the end of the deck and get off on the 1st floor.
5) After getting off, turn left and cross the crosswalk leading to the hotel.
6) The hotel entrance is in front of you.
