*During a power outage, elevators will be out of service. (Guests wishing to enter or leave their rooms can use the emergency stairs.)
* All electrical equipment in your room, including lighting, televisions, and air conditioning, will be unavailable.
*Wifi is not available within the building.
*The 8th floor lounge and outdoor hot spring spa will be closed during the power outage as the elevators will be out of service.

The restaurant closes after breakfast and is closed during lunch and cafe hours.
*We will resume business from dinner time at 18:00.
*The parlor is closed from 10:00 to 18:00.
