TOKYU HOTELS Web Corporate Customer Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership

This member organization is called "Web Corporate Customer" (hereinafter referred to as WCC) and is operated by TOKYU HOTELS & RESORTS CO., LTD., Ltd. Members are corporations that use TOKYU HOTELS hotels (hereinafter referred to as hotels) in accordance with the hotel accommodation terms and conditions and join by agreeing to the prescribed procedures and membership conditions.

Membership fees and annual fees

There are no membership fees or annual fees.

Please fill in the required information on the membership application form on the website and apply.

Receiving the e-mail newsletter is a condition for joining.

Corporate Member Number

After submitting your application form, we will email you your corporate membership number and password approximately two weeks later.

reservation

Reservations are limited to those made via TOKYU HOTELS website (contracted corporate site) and the hotel's official original website.

Cancellation of qualification

If you no longer receive our e-mail newsletter (automatic cancellation).

If there is no usage record for two years from the date of the last stay (automatic cancellation).

If you make a false statement when joining.

If any contact information, such as your address, telephone number, or email address, becomes unknown.

If you fail to pay accommodation fees and other charges as stipulated in the hotel terms and conditions.

If, without a compelling reason, you cause harm or damage to hotel guests, the hotel (hotel facilities, equipment, accessories, hotel ancillary facilities, structures within the hotel premises, etc.) or hotel employees, regardless of any subsequent response.

When the accommodation agreement and rules are not strictly observed.

If it is determined that a criminal act has been committed.

Any other case that the Secretariat deems inappropriate.

Changes to notification items

If any of the information you provided in your membership application (company name, contact person, email address, etc.) changes, please contact the WCC office or the hotel.

Membership Information

Member information will be collected and used for the purpose of improving services, including the operation of WCC, understanding usage status, distributing information such as e-mail newsletters, and marketing analysis.
The WCC Secretariat and hotels will not disclose member information obtained in the course of their operations to third parties, except in the following cases:

When the WCC Secretariat outsources tasks such as sending various communications to members to a third party.

When consent has been obtained from the relevant member, etc.

When disclosure is required by a court order or other court decision.

When there is a request for cooperation in an investigation by the police.

Changes to Terms

Due to various circumstances, the terms and conditions (including benefits) may be changed without notice.

End of WCC

WCC may be terminated with prior notice to members via email or on our website.
