SORACHI 1984 was born many years after the birth of the legendary Hokkaido hop "Sorachi Ace".
We have invited a representative from Sapporo Beer Limited to share the turbulent story from the development of hops to the birth of this product!
This is a wonderful event where you can actually taste SORACHI 1984 and hear the story behind its creation!
The snacks to accompany SORACHI 1984 are special tapas created by a beer-loving chef for this event.
Each session is limited to 40 people, so don't miss this opportunity, not only if you're a fan of SORACHI 1984, but also if you've never tried it before!

SORACHI 1984
Sorachi Ace is a hop that was born in Kamifurano Town, Sorachi District, Hokkaido in 1984. It would later become known as a legendary hop, but at the time it was difficult to accept because it was too strong in character.
Sorachi Ace, which had long been unable to be commercialized as a beer, quickly became the center of attention as a global hop following the craft beer boom that occurred in the United States in 2000.
"SORACHI 1984" was developed 35 years after the birth of the hop, with the desire to brew a beer in Japan using Sorachi Ace, a hop that was born in Japan.
