COMFORT MEMBERS is a membership service that is available at TOKYU HOTELS nationwide and there is no joining fee or annual fee.
Earn and use points when you stay or dine
You can earn points by staying at our hotel or using our restaurants and bars. 1 point (p) can be used as 1 yen.
Membership rates
We offer accommodation plans at special member rates.
Pre-order
You can make reservations by phone, one month earlier than the general public.
Late check-out
If you request this upon check-in, we will extend your check-out time until noon, except in special circumstances. (※1)
Bonus points gift
You will receive 1,000 bonus points for every 5,000 points you earn in a year.

Membership status
The more you use it, the more you save!
You can move up or down through five statuses depending on the number of "accumulated points" and "annual points." The higher your status, the higher the points you earn when you stay, and the more benefits you receive, making it more convenient and profitable!

Please fill in the necessary information in the application form. Once registration is complete, you will be issued a membership number on the spot and will be able to make reservations as a member immediately.
