Exit the JR South ticket gate and proceed to the right (East exit).

Follow the road with Shibuya Scramble Square on your right (gentle slope).

There is a skeleton elevator at the back left at the end of the slope. Of the two No. 23 elevators, please take the one on the right (3F-B2F) and proceed to the 2nd floor.

With the elevator behind you, turn right and proceed towards Shibuya Stream. (The passage between the office building and the commercial area)

Proceed through the passageway and you will arrive outside Shibuya Scramble Square. There will be a connecting passageway, so please go to the right.

On your left you will see a white-roofed bridge leading to the Shibuya Stream building. Cross the bridge and enter Shibuya Stream.

Continue straight and you will see an escalator on your right. We are opposite the escalator. Take the yellow elevator to the 4th floor. The 4th floor is the hotel reception floor.

If you are coming from the Toyoko Line, Fukutoshin Line, Denentoshi Line, or Hanzomon Line, the shortest route is to exit C2. Please go straight ahead in front of the entrance to the second basement floor of "Shibuya Scramble Square."

Please proceed through the passage next to the ticket gates for the Toyoko Line and Fukutoshin Line.

Go straight through the underground passage and turn right.

There is a yellow elevator at the back on your right. Please take the elevator (No. 32) and get off on the first floor.

After getting off the elevator, please go through Shibuya Stream Building's outdoor plaza (Inaribashi Plaza) to the main entrance.

Enter through the main entrance of Shibuya Stream and turn left. Take the yellow elevator to the 4th floor.
