About reservations and accommodation

    Reservations can be made by phone up to one year in advance, while online reservations can usually be made up to 90 days in advance.

    Our hotel does not allow minors to stay alone unless they have specific permission from their guardians.
    If the guest is a minor and is staying alone or with other minors, we ask that a parent or guardian submit a "Consent Form for Minors to Stay at the Hotel." When making a reservation, please inform us that the guest is a minor, and then submit a consent form signed and stamped by the parent or guardian at the time of check-in.

Parking

    Is parking available?

    A.

    ◇If you are staying overnight, you can use the attached contracted parking lot (multi-story mechanical parking lot) for 1,600 yen per night (7:00-23:00). However, entry and exit is not possible between 23:00 and 7:00 the following morning.
    * Usage restrictions: Height 2.00m, width 2.05m, length 5.30m, weight 2.50t, and vehicle types that cannot be parked in a multi-storey mechanical parking lot.
