He was involved in the launch of Tsuno Winery, which opened in 1996. He became the director and factory manager in 2016, and will become the representative director in September 2022. Based on the belief that wine should be a local drink, his wines, which are made using 100% locally grown grapes and express the local climate, are not only widely loved by local people, but have also won high praise at domestic and international competitions, attracting attention as a world-class, high-quality Japanese wine.
