Accommodation-related questions

    How do I make a reservation?

    A.

    If you would like to make a reservation by phone, please contact the TOKYU HOTELS Reservation Center or each hotel. We also accept reservations via the Internet.

  • Q.

    Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged (100% of the basic accommodation fee if cancelled after 3pm the day before, 100% on the day, or 100% of the basic accommodation fee). Please see below for more details.

  • Q.

    Can I specify the room orientation or floor number when making a reservation?

    A.

    If you would like a room facing the Tama River, please reserve a river view room.
    The city view type faces Futako Tamagawa Station and Musashi-Kosugi, while the season type faces the courtyard.
    Regarding floor numbers, we will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please note that we cannot guarantee this depending on the reservation situation, room type, etc.

    How many days in advance do I need to make a reservation?

    If there are vacant rooms, you can make a reservation on the day.

    Are there smoking rooms?

    A.

    We have a designated smoking area for guests who smoke, but please note that smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

    Is it wheelchair accessible?

    A.

    The entire building is barrier-free. Wheelchairs are available, so please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request as the number of wheelchairs is limited.

    I'd like to stay with 3 (4) people in one room.

    A.

    We have rooms for 3 and 4 people, so please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you as the number of rooms is limited.

    Do you have a crib?

    A.

    Baby cribs are available free of charge, so please request one when making your reservation. Please note that we have a limited number of cribs, so you may not be able to use one.

    What time can I check in? Is it okay if I check in late?

    A.

    Check-in is from 14:00. If you are going to be more than 2 hours later than the scheduled arrival time on the day of your stay, please contact the hotel. If you do not contact us, your reservation may be canceled.

    Can I store my luggage before check-in?

    A.

    We will keep your belongings for a maximum of one week. Please note that we cannot keep valuables or easily damaged items.

    Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?

    A.

    We will keep it at the front desk, so please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest in the remarks column of the shipping slip and send it to us. However, we do not accept cash on delivery.

    Can I extend my check-out time? Until what time?

    A.

    If you wish to continue using the room after check-out (11:00), an additional fee will be charged.
    Until 15:00: 25% of the regular room rate
    Until 18:00: 50% of the regular room rate
    After 18:00: 100% of the regular room rate
    Please note that this may not be possible depending on the room availability on the day. COMFORT MEMBERS Members can extend their stay free of charge until 12:00 if they request it at check-in.

    From what age do children need to pay the admission fee? Are there any child rates?

    A.

    Children under elementary school age who do not require a bed (sharing a bed) will not be charged an accommodation fee.

    What credit cards can I use?

    How do I pay for inviting guests?

    A.

    Please pay at the hotel or by bank transfer before your stay.

    Can I receive airline mileage services?

    A.

    We are participating in the mileage services of JAL and ANA. Please contact the front desk for details.

    Can I bring a guide dog?

    A.

    Guide dogs, service dogs and hearing assistance dogs may be brought along when using the hotel facilities.

Questions about banquets

    Can I see Mt. Fuji from the banquet hall?

    A.

    Yes, on clear days, especially in the mornings when the temperature is low, you can see it clearly.

  • Q.

    Can I play an instrument?

    A.

    Please refrain from using drums, basses, etc., as the vibrations produced by these instruments are likely to resonate downstairs.
    In addition, we may need to make some adjustments depending on the volume, so please let us know if you would like to play an instrument.

Questions about parking

    Is there a parking lot?

    A.

    Located within the hotel grounds.
    However, we do not accept reservations, so it is first come first served.

    What about parking during the stay?

    A.

    If you are staying at the hotel, you can use one car for 24 hours for 2,500 yen.

    How do I use the large public bath?

    A.

    The large public bath is open from 15:00 to 25:00 and from 6:00 to 9:00 the following morning.
    Towels are not provided in the large public bath, so please bring the towels provided in your room.
    Please note that you may enter the large public bath wearing nightwear and slippers.
