About accommodation

    Please tell me the cancellation charge.

    If you cancel your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee as follows:
    Contact after 3pm the day before: 100%
    Contact on the day: 100%
    If you do not contact us and do not use the service: 100%

    If you made a reservation online, please go to the reservation/cancellation page to confirm or cancel your reservation.

    Cancellation policies may vary depending on your reservation plan.
    For more information, please check your reservation plan or contact the hotel.
    Also, for reservations for groups of 10 or more, please contact each hotel for details on cancellation fees.

    Are there wheelchair accessible rooms?

    Yes, we do have them available. Please note that the number of rooms is limited.

    How do you measure room size?

    A.

    The size of guest rooms is measured from the center of the wall, including pipe and duct spaces, in accordance with the Building Standards Act.

    Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?

    A.

    We will keep it at the front desk, so please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest in the remarks column of the shipping slip and send it to us. However, we do not accept cash on delivery.

    Can I extend my check-out time? Until what time?

    A.

    If you wish to continue using the room after check-out (11:00), an additional fee will be charged.
    Until 15:00: 25% of the basic accommodation fee
    Until 18:00: 50% of the basic accommodation fee
    After 18:00: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
    Please note that this may not be possible depending on the availability of rooms on the day.
    In addition, if you are a COMFORT MEMBERS Member, you can extend your stay until noon free of charge if you request it when you check in.

    Do you have a crib?

    We provide these free of charge, so please let us know when you make your reservation. Also, there are some room types in which we are unable to install them. As the number of units is limited, you may not be able to use them. Thank you for your understanding.

    From what age do children need to pay the admission fee? Are there any child rates?

    A.

    Children under elementary school age who do not require a bed (sharing a bed) will not be charged an accommodation fee.

    Payment can be made in advance at the facility or by bank transfer.
    Additionally, some plans allow you to make advance payment by credit card when making an online reservation.

    High-speed internet connection and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) are available free of charge.

    Do you have computers available for rental?

About the restaurant

    Can I rent the entire facility?

    Yes, it is possible. Please make a reservation if you wish to use the facility exclusively.

    One private room that can accommodate up to 12 people.
    We have one semi-private room that can accommodate up to four and one that can accommodate up to six people.

    All seats are non-smoking.

Banquets and meetings

    Is it okay to make a reservation at the last minute?

    A.

    If you are only using the venue for a meeting, etc., we can accommodate you on the day as long as the venue is available.
    For parties, depending on the number of people, please feel free to contact us and make reservations 2 or 3 days in advance.

    By when should I decide on the number of people and the arrangements? Can I change them?

    A.

    We will accept arrangements such as the food menu, number of people, and equipment about one week before the date of use.
    If there are any changes after that, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm the details in the morning of the day before your stay.

    Can I reserve the venue temporarily? Will there be a fee? Up to how many days before the event can I cancel?

    A.

    You can make a provisional reservation. There is no charge for this. You will be asked to respond within one week of making the reservation.

  • Q.

    Can I have a wedding?

    A.

    We do not have a wedding hall, dress room, beauty salon, or photo studio, but we can accommodate wedding receptions and after-parties.

    Can I order the same food as I would in a restaurant?

    A.

    The banquet menu will be prepared separately.

    Can I take food home?

    A.

    Unfortunately, we do not allow food to be taken away.

    Can you arrange souvenirs?

    A.

    The hotel has a catalogue of sweets for you to choose from, please let us know at least one week in advance.

    I'd like to arrange transportation, can you help me?

    We can also arrange hire cars and taxis.

    Can I hold a farewell party, memorial service, or Buddhist memorial service?

    We cater to a wide range of clients, both corporate and individual.

Access

    Can I use the parking lot when I stay overnight?

    A.

    If you are staying overnight, you can use the facility for 1,700 yen (15:00-11:00).
    It is on a first-come, first-served basis and we do not accept advance reservations.
    In addition, since this is a multi-story parking lot, if your vehicle type cannot be accommodated we will direct you to a nearby parking lot.

    Can I use the parking lot if I'm only using the restaurant or holding a banquet?

    A.

    Customers who spend 3,465 yen or more can use the parking lot for free for up to 2 hours. After that, the parking fee is 500 yen per hour.

    Are there any types of vehicles that cannot be parked in the parking lot?

    A.

    There are vehicle restrictions due to the multi-storey car park.
    Cars over 1.78 metres in height and minibuses cannot be parked in the parking lot.

    Nearest Exit

    A.

    The nearest exit is Nakasu-Kawabata Station, Exit 1.
    There is also an escalator at Exit 4.
