    How do I make a reservation?

    A.

    If you would like to make a reservation by phone, please contact the reservation center or hotel.
    We also accept reservations 24 hours a day on our website or mobile site.

  • Q.

    Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged, including cancellations made after 3:00 p.m. the day before, on the day of the reservation, and no-shows.
    However, this varies depending on the reservation details (number of rooms, number of people, etc.), so please contact us separately.

    How many days in advance do I need to make a reservation?

    If there are vacant rooms, you can make a reservation on the day.

    What time is check-in and check-out?

    A.

    Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

    All rooms are equipped with Peltier refrigerators.
    Although its cooling function is inferior to that of a household refrigerator (compressor type), it produces less vibration and is quieter, and we have adopted it with quietness in the guest room as our number one priority.
    If there is anything that needs to be kept chilled, we can store it in the regular refrigerator in the office.
