This year, we have used more strawberries than last year, making it even more voluminous.

Stollen is a traditional German cake that has become known as a standard Christmas sweet in Japan as well.
It is packed with plenty of dried fruits (cranberries, raisins), walnuts, and spices. By kneading marzipan into the dough, it has a moist texture.
