Celebrating the 42nd anniversary of the hotel's opening! Autumn lunch course featuring Shizuoka ingredients

We will deliver "Shizuoka Travelogue", which was well received in June this year, with a new menu to coincide with the 42nd anniversary of the hotel's opening.
Since our head chef Katanozaka is from Shizuoka, we devised a menu that uses plenty of local ingredients.
During the period, we will offer two types of courses in the first and second half.
In addition to the commitment to the ingredients, the seasoning and sauce are also devised to enhance the flavor of the ingredients
You can enjoy a special course.

In addition, soft drinks related to Shizuoka and original cocktails based on green tea from Shizuoka are also available.
Please enjoy the delicious taste of autumn from Shizuoka with your favorite drink.

* Izu and Shimoda Port landed fresh fish and Suruga Bay sakura shrimp fricassee with hot vegetables
* Grilled Hakone Nishiroku beef loin, Shizuoka Shiitake mushroom sauce Chasseur
* Shizuoka Jelly with cantaloupe, vanilla-scented bavarois, and elderflower syrup

*Izu Shimoda Watanabe Fisheries Direct Fresh Fish Poiret Butter Sauce with Herb
*Suruga Shamo Ballotine, with simple ju and red cheek chutney from Minami-Izu Itoda Farm
* Shizuoka Jelly with cantaloupe, vanilla-scented bavarois, and elderflower syrup

The above menu comes with buffet-style salad, bread, rice and soft drinks.
