A spring lunch course that makes the most of Shizuoka ingredients

The "Shizuoka Travel Series" was started because our hotel's head chef, Toru Katanozaka, was born in Shizuoka.
This is the third edition and will feature plenty of local ingredients.
We will be offering two courses during the period, with different main courses available in the first and second halves of the course.
Enjoy a special lunchtime in the spring sunshine, feeling the bounty of Shizuoka.

*Izu Shimoda, Watanabe Fisheries Direct Delivery, Golden-eyed Snapper and Vegetable Cotriade Style
*Grilled beef loin with red wine emulsion sauce from Nakaizu Winery
*Minamiizu, Itoda's "Fraise Melba" made with Benihoppe and vanilla ice cream

*Fresh fish baked with cheese and breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, delivered directly from Watanabe Fisheries, Shimoda, Izu
*Beef loin steak with Chateaubriand sauce made with white wine from Nakaizu Winery
*Minamiizu, Itoda's "Fraise Melba" made with Benihoppe and vanilla ice cream

The above menu comes with buffet-style salad, bread, rice and soft drinks.

Transferred to IZU-IMAIHAMA TOKYU HOTEL upon its opening
October 2009: Became head chef IZU-IMAIHAMA TOKYU HOTEL
May 2018: Became head chef of Tokyo Bay TOKYU HOTEL following its opening.
January 2024: Become head chef at KICHIJOJI TOKYU REI HOTEL
