Fish: Shimoda Port catch, fresh fish baked with cheese and breadcrumbs, herb tomato sauce

Meat: Grilled Fujinokuni pork loin with Japonaise sauce
Fish: Fresh fish delivered directly from Watanabe Fisheries in Shimoda, Izu, prepared as an aqua pazza

April 14th (Monday) to April 20th (Sunday)

Meat: Refreshing Fuji chicken cutlet with Lyonnaise sauce
Fish: Light fresh fish gratin, Fiorentina caught at Shimoda Port, Izu

April 21 (Mon) - May 2 (Fri)

Meat: Fujinokuni Lively Braised Pork Belly, Grand-Mer Style
Fish: Izu fresh seasonal fish meunière, sauce blanc de vin with green seaweed from Lake Hamana
