About reservations and accommodation

    What are the check-in and check-out times?

    A.

    Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. (For COMFORT MEMBERS, check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00. *Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation.)
    Please note that depending on your accommodation plan, there may be times other than those listed above, so please check each time.

    Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

    Please ask the front desk staff for help.

  • Q.

    Is it okay if I check in late? Also, what is the hotel curfew?

    A.

    Please contact us if you plan to arrive after midnight. There is no curfew at the hotel.
    Please note that the east side entrance to the commercial facility will be locked between 0:00 and 5:30, so please use the west side entrance on the 1st floor.

    Can I extend my check-out time?

    If you continue to use the room after check-out at 11:00, the following additional fees will be charged.

    How can I pay?

    A.

    Guests who wish to pay on-site are asked to pay at the time of check in. Payment can be made by cash or various credit cards.

    How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

    A.

    Reservations can be made by phone up to one year in advance, while online reservations can usually be made up to 90 days in advance.
    *However, please contact us by phone regarding special dates such as consecutive holidays and the New Year holidays.

    When does the cancellation fee start?

    A.

    If you cancel your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee as follows:
    <For individual customers>
    3 days before your stay: 20%
    2 days before: 30%
    The day before: 50%
    Same day/No-show: 100%

    The percentage is the ratio of the cancellation fee to the accommodation fee at the time of booking.

    If the number of reservations made is 10 or more people, separate regulations will apply.

    If you apply through a travel agency, the rules of each travel agency will apply.

    Is there a waiting list system for hotel reservations?

    A.

    We are very sorry, but we do not accept waiting lists for cancellations. Please note that availability changes daily.

    Are there any rooms where I can smoke?

    A.

    We are sorry, all rooms are non-smoking. Smoking areas for guests staying at the hotel are located on the 13th floor.

    How many guest rooms are there? Can I specify a room (floor/view)?

    There are 195 guest rooms. Views cannot be specified.

    Can I use upgrade vouchers? (COMFORT MEMBERS Members)

    A.

    Yes, you can. We will upgrade you to a room one grade higher than the room you reserved. However, this will be provided upon arrival, so we may not be able to provide you with a room depending on the availability on the day.
    Upgrades from Deluxe are not available.

    The two Family Corner Tatami Room can accommodate up to six guests, and some of the twin rooms can accommodate up to four guests.

    Do you have barrier-free rooms?

    The entire building is barrier-free. We also have one accessible room (the bathroom and toilet are barrier-free, but the Japanese-style room has a raised floor).

    Do you have humidifiers and air purifiers available for rental?

    All guest rooms are equipped with air purifiers with humidifier function.

    Please tell me about the internet environment in the rooms and at the hotel.

    The lobby, guest rooms, and restaurant are equipped with wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) internet access. All guest rooms except the semi-suite type (4 rooms) on the 12th floor are equipped with wired LAN connection jacks, so you can also connect to the internet via wired LAN. Guests staying at the hotel can use it free of charge.

    Can children sleep in the same bed as their parents? Is there an extra charge?

    A.

    Children up to elementary school age may share the same bed as their parents, however, if the child is 3 years old or older, a facility usage fee of 3,730 yen (per person per night) will be charged.
    * Only one child may share a bed with another guest. Children cannot share an extra bed.

    ⇒Up to two children of elementary school age or younger can sleep in the same bed as guests.
    If a child will be using an adult bed, please apply for one adult.

    ・When reserving a twin room for 1 adult and 3 children (elementary school age or younger)
    ⇒Up to two children under elementary school age can sleep in the same bed as you by making a reservation for one child under elementary school age as an adult using a bed.
    If a child will be using an adult bed, please apply for one adult.

    Regarding accommodation for children under elementary school age, including sleeping in the same bed as other guests, please refer to the travel agency, online reservation site, or accommodation plan.

    Do you provide towels and amenities for children who will be sleeping in the same bed as guests?

    A.

    Nightwear, slippers, toothbrushes, and towels for children are available. These are included in the facility usage fee for children aged 3 and over who sleep in the same bed as their parents.

    Is there an electric kettle or microwave to make milk?

    A.

    There is an electric kettle in each room, but there is no microwave.

About the restaurant

    What are the restaurant opening hours?

    A.

    Breakfast hours and prices are as follows:

    To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we may provide a set menu.

    How many seats does the restaurant have? Do I need to make a reservation?

    A.

    13th floor: Restaurant seats approximately 86, Private Room seats approximately 40. We do not take reservations for breakfast. Breakfast will be served on a per-visit basis.
    Reservations are also accepted for lunch and dinner. (Please note that the restaurant may be fully booked depending on the reservation situation.)

    Do you have children's menus and baby food?

    A.

    We have a children's menu. We do not provide baby food. However, you may bring your own baby food and heat it up in the microwave.

    Do you have chairs and tableware for children?

    A.

    We do have them available, so please ask our staff. However, as numbers are limited, we may not be able to provide them. Thank you for your understanding.

    Are there any smoking seats?

    A.

    Unfortunately, all seats are non-smoking, but there is a smoking area on the same floor as the restaurant, so please feel free to use it.

    I'm not staying overnight, but can I just use the restaurant?

    Of course it is possible.

    I will be coming by car to the restaurant. Can I get a discount on parking fees?

    A.

    Guests of the restaurants on the 13th floor may use the affiliated parking lot for 200 yen for 60 minutes (normal rate: 300 yen for 60 minutes from 0:00 to 24:00).

    Can I change my breakfast voucher to a lunch voucher?

    Sorry, we do not offer lunch transfers.

    Do you cater for food allergies?

    Please fill out a questionnaire provided by the hotel in advance and we will then decide whether or not to provide the service.

    Can you see Mount Fuji?

    Mount Fuji can be viewed from all rooms except the double rooms, the restaurant, and the hot spring baths.

    Depending on the season and weather, you may not be able to see Mt. Fuji. The best time to see it is in the mornings from November to February.
