Topping Omelette

Choose your favorite toppings to create your own omelet. In addition to ham and cheese, you can also choose ingredients unique to Okinawa, such as mozuku seaweed and purple yam. Enjoy the fluffy omelet cooked right in front of you by the chef.

 
Crouffle

Croissant waffles, commonly known as "croffles," are baked right in front of you. Enjoy them with your favorite toppings such as dessert sauce, whipped cream, chocolate, or Maple syrup.

 
Mizugumo Tsukemen

Mozuku seaweed is grown in the ocean of Okinawa and has a crunchy texture when you bite into it. It is commonly served as tempura or with vinegared mozuku, but we propose a new way to eat it, by eating it with cold soba soup.
