    How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

    A.

    Can I make a reservation on the day?

    A.

    Reservations can be made on the day.
    Even if there are no rooms available online for the day, you may be able to make a reservation by contacting the hotel directly.

    Can I specify the location or floor of the room?

    A.

    Please let us know when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee it depending on the reservation situation, room type, etc.

    Is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    If you cancel your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee as follows:
    Contact after 3pm the day before: 100%
    Contact on the day: 100%
    If you do not contact us and do not use the service: 100%
    *If you make a reservation online and pay in advance, the cancellation fee may differ from the above.
    *If you made a reservation online, to confirm or cancel your reservation, please go to the reservation/cancellation page.
    Please note that the cancellation deadline on the website differs depending on the plan. If the deadline has passed, please contact the hotel directly. Cancellation regulations may differ depending on the reservation plan. For details, please check the accommodation plan you have reserved or contact the hotel.
    For reservations for groups of 10 or more, please contact the hotel for details regarding cancellation fees.

    Can I pay by credit card?

    We accept ISA, Master, AMEX, Diners, DC, JCB, etc.

    Do you have non-smoking rooms?

    A.

    All guest rooms are non-smoking. Although there are designated smoking areas, please note that smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.

    Are there wheelchair accessible rooms?

    A.

    Yes, we do have them available. Please note that the number of rooms is limited.

    Can I store my luggage before check-in?

    A.

    We will keep your luggage from the day before check-in. Please note that we cannot keep valuables or easily damaged items.

    Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?

    A.

    We will keep it at the front desk, so please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest in the remarks column of the shipping slip and send it to us. However, we do not accept cash on delivery.

    Can I extend my check-out time? Until what time?

    A.

    If you wish to continue using the room after check-out (10:00), an additional fee will be charged.
    ・Until 15:00...25% of the regular room rate
    ・Until 18:00...50% of the regular room rate
    ・After 18:00: 100% of the regular room rate
    Please note that this may not be possible depending on room availability on the day.
    If you are a COMFORT MEMBERS Member, you can extend your stay until noon free of charge if you request it when you check in.

    From what age do children need to pay the admission fee? Are there any child rates?

    A.

    Children under elementary school age who do not require a bed (sharing a bed) will not be charged an accommodation fee.

    Can I pay in advance?

    A.

    Payment can be made in advance at the facility or by bank transfer.
    Additionally, some plans allow you to make advance payment by credit card when making an online reservation.

Internet connection environment

    Can I connect to the Internet in my room?

    A.

    Free wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) and high-speed internet access are available.

    The Wi-Fi ID and password are displayed on the home screen of the guest room TV or on your card key case.

Parking

    Can I use the parking lot when I stay overnight?

    A.

    There is no dedicated parking lot for the hotel.
    If you are staying at the hotel, you can use the following affiliated parking lots.

    What is the fee if I stay for 2 nights and do not move my car in or out?

    A.

    If you leave your car parked in the car park during your 2 night stay, you will be charged the following parking fees at the car park:

    Example: For 2 nights
    *1st night: 14:00 to 12:00 the next day Discounted rate: 1,100 yen
    * 12:00-14:00 on the second day (outside of partner hours)
    If parking is outside of the hours of the agreement
    500 yen per hour x 2 hours = 1,000 yen Separate payment required on-site
    〇2nd night: 14:00 to 12:00 the next day Discounted rate: 1,100 yen
    ** Total 2,200 yen + 800 yen on site = 3,200 yen **

    Are there any vehicle restrictions?

    The vehicle restrictions are as follows:

About the restaurant

    Until what time is the restaurant open?

    A.

    We are only open for breakfast, so you can use our restaurant from 6:30 to 9:30.

  • Q.

    Can I eat breakfast even if I'm not a guest?

    A.

    Yes, it is possible.
    If you would like to have breakfast, please purchase a breakfast ticket at the front counter.

    *Please note that if the restaurant is fully booked, you may not be able to eat here.
