The bean paste, made from carefully selected beans from Hokkaido, is wrapped in a chewy skin and then hand-baked. Two flavors are available: "Yuzu" and "Matcha."
- ・Bean Monaka

The monaka skin has a fragrant aroma and a crispy texture, and the bean paste inside is made from carefully cooked local beans and has a gentle sweetness. It is also great with matcha cream or butter cream.
Shizuoka tea

An original sencha tea blended by the tea masters at "Anto Chato" for this project. It is characterized by its soft, sweet, refined fragrance and deep flavor.

This cafe and shop in Sapporo was born from the encounter of Japan's number one producers of beans from Hokkaido and tea from Shizuoka.
We offer seasonal Japanese sweets such as kintsuba, which are made with beans from Hokkaido, as well as a selection of Shizuoka teas, especially those that go well with red bean paste, according to the season.
