At SHIBUYA STREAM HOTEL, we will be serving shaved ice to help you feel cool during the hot summer and in Shibuya, which is filled with the excitement of tourists. From the planning stage, the chefs, pastry chefs, and staff thoroughly discussed the idea of the first shaved ice to be served from Trento, and it is made using pumpkin as a vegetable, bringing out its natural sweetness so that it can be enjoyed not only in the middle of summer, but also until September when the heat of autumn is still lingering!

Chestnut pumpkin is used, and its rich and natural sweetness is maximized. The addition of rum brings out the richness and gives it a mature taste. The ice retains its fluffy texture, while the soft and gentle melting of the espuma spreads in your mouth, allowing you to enjoy the perfect balance between ice and espuma. As you eat it, you will find the crunchy texture of nata de coco, and as you move to the bottom layer, the tea jelly has a jiggly texture, and the elegant and mellow sweetness of Maple syrup will finish it off with a high level of satisfaction. If you don't like it sweet enough, we have syrup to add to your taste.
