This winter, SHIBUYA STREAM HOTEL will be offering a chocolate-themed afternoon tea and high tea with the theme of "sweetening both body and mind". The petit fours will include a cute bear-shaped chocolate brownie with a moist texture, and a cube-shaped baked confectionery with crispy roasted nuts encased in a white chocolate dough and garnished with lemon chocolate and yuzu confit for a refreshing taste, allowing you to fully enjoy chocolate. For savory dishes, you can enjoy a small but filling fish burger and an elegant flan made from red snow crab, which is characterized by its strong sweetness and freshness, and rape blossoms. In addition, as a welcome drink that can only be enjoyed at afternoon tea, we will provide you with a chocolate drink with a cute smiling marshmallow snowman floating in it, providing you with a cute-looking drink.
Furthermore, the Twilight High Tea will offer stand-up food that includes sweets and savory dishes that go well with alcohol from the Afternoon Tea menu, as well as French fries and pasta of the day made with seasonal ingredients, giving it a hearty feel that is only possible in the evening.While still retaining its sweetness, you can enjoy a nighttime atmosphere with a focus on alcohol, such as beer and cocktails.
