At the Sapporo and Shibuya "STREAM HOTEL", chefs and bartenders of each restaurant are particular about the appearance, taste, and ingredients, and are offering "LOCAL PIECE PLATE" plates that incorporate "Local Piece" that express the charm of the region as "pieces"! In Shibuya, we will be serving plates with cookies in the shape of Hachiko and dishes that express the Scramble Crossing with cubes of cheese with a refreshing yuzu flavor. In addition, we will be offering two types of drinks called "INSPIRATIONAL COCKTAIL" that incorporate the peace colors of Shibuya. Furthermore, if you order a food and drink set, pieces of Shibuya will be scattered on the table, making it even more photogenic... We will be celebrating our first anniversary with a cute and catchy limited-time menu.
