Tentative reservation
The tentative reservation period will be one week.

Final meeting
We will then have a final meeting to decide on the number of guests, food, venue setup, etc.

Change in number of people
This will be the final date for any changes to the number of people.
Please note that we cannot accept any changes after that time.
(The deadline will be brought forward if it falls on a weekend, public holiday, Obon, or New Year's holiday.)
