PICK UP!

A menu focused on locally produced ingredients

We proactively incorporate ingredients from Osaka and provide our customers with menus that allow them to enjoy fresh, safe ingredients, thereby contributing to the revitalization of the entire region. In addition, from the perspective of the SDGs, we also contribute to environmental issues by reducing distribution costs and curbing CO2 emissions.

French toast

[Demonstration] A special French toast made by soaking a baguette in Osaka-produced "No-Takumi Eggs" and milk from the foot of Mt. Rokko. It is baked in-store using plenty of butter. Please enjoy the sweet aroma and fluffy, creamy texture.
*The menu may change to waffles or pancakes, or may be served buffet style.

cooked rice

Seasonal rice cooked with Osaka rice. You can also enjoy it as "dashi chazuke" by pouring white dashi over it.

Miso soup with pork and vegetables

This hearty pork soup is made with Osaka's brand pork "Inunaki Pork" and Rokko miso. Start your day off right with a hearty, warm bowl.

Escabeche

"Escabeche" is a Mediterranean dish that originated in Spain. White fish caught near Osaka Bay is marinated in vinegar, white wine, and oil. It has a refreshing taste and can be enjoyed as an appetizer.

"Pudding Morning Mode" designed to resemble a flowerpot

Menu with a focus on Osaka and Kansai

Osaka was once known as the "Kitchen of the Nation" and was a distribution hub where delicious foods from all over the country flowed in. Taking advantage of the characteristics of Osaka cuisine, we offer famous dishes for breakfast that you will want to eat again once you have tried them. We also use ingredients from the Kansai region, so you can enjoy the flavors of Kansai.

Kitsune Udon

Kitsune udon is said to have originated in Osaka, and allows you to taste the delicious flavor of "dashi," an essential ingredient in Osaka's food culture. Please enjoy freshly made, hot udon. We recommend topping it with Osaka's local dish "doteyaki" and a warm egg from "No-no-Takumi-no-Tamago" (No-Takumi's Egg), produced in Osaka.

Doteyaki

A local Osaka dish of beef tendon simmered in fragrant Rokko miso, with a sweet and spicy flavor. The tender beef tendon goes great with rice or udon noodles!
*Offered as Niku-sui and on a daily basis.

Meat sucking

"Nikusui" is a specialty of Osaka. It means a clear soup with meat, and is a simple soup made by adding beef to Kansai-style udon soup made with bonito flakes and kelp. Please enjoy the gentle flavor that will seep into your body.
*Doteyaki and other dishes are offered on a daily basis.

Kushikatsu

Kushikatsu is pork and onions skewered and deep-fried in high-quality oil. Please enjoy this kushikatsu with the Naniwa specialty kushikatsu sauce, which you should never dip in twice!
*Takoyaki/Kushikatsu/Yakisoba/Okonomiyaki will be served on a daily basis.

Takoyaki

This is a representative Osaka specialty made by combining plump octopus and sweet cabbage with a creamy batter and baking it. Enjoy it with "Osaka Taste Takoyaki Sauce", which enhances the flavor with the fruity sweetness of apples.
*Takoyaki/Kushikatsu/Yakisoba/Okonomiyaki will be served on a daily basis.

TEARTH Tea

They use black tea from TEARTH, a tea brand from Osaka, whose name means "the blessings of the earth."
We carefully select high-quality, delicious tea leaves from particular producing areas, and our motto of safety and security makes these tea bags gentle on the body and mind. Enjoy a cup of bliss in the morning.
