    How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

    Can I make a reservation on the day?

    A.

    Reservations can be made on the day.
    Even if there are no rooms available online for the day, you may be able to make a reservation by contacting the hotel directly.

    Can I specify the location or floor of the room?

    A.

    Please let us know when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee it depending on the reservation situation, room type, etc.

    Do you have non-smoking rooms?

    A.

    Yes, we do have them available. Please note that the number of rooms is limited.

  • Q.

    Do you have lighting fixtures and other items available for rental?

    A.

    We will lend these items to you free of charge. In addition, we have trouser presses, ice pillows, thermometers, nail clippers, irons, wine openers, and nano-ion hair dryers (only for guests staying in the ladies' rooms) available at the front desk on the second floor. Please note that there are limited numbers available.

    Can I prepare fruits, flowers, etc. in the room in advance?

    A.

    This can be prepared for a fee, so please let us know at least 7 days in advance.

  • Q.

    Can I store my luggage before check-in?

    A.

    We will keep your luggage at the front desk not only before check-in but also after check-out.
    Enjoy sightseeing in the city with ease.

  • Q.

    Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?

    A.

    We will keep it at the front desk, so please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest in the remarks column of the shipping slip and send it to us. However, we do not accept cash on delivery.

    Can I extend my check-out time? Until what time?

    A.

    If you wish to continue using the room after check-out (11:00), an additional fee will be charged.
    ・Until 15:00...25% of the basic accommodation fee
    ・Until 18:00...50% of the basic accommodation fee
    ・After 18:00: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
    Please note that this may not be possible depending on room availability on the day.
    If you are a COMFORT MEMBERS Member, you can extend your stay until noon free of charge if you request it when you check in.

    Do you have a crib?

    A.

    We provide these for a fee, so please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request as the number of units is limited.

    From what age do children need to pay the admission fee? Are there any child rates?

    A.

    Children under elementary school age who do not require a bed (sharing a bed) will not be charged an accommodation fee.

    Is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    If you cancel your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee as follows:
    Contact after 3pm the day before: 100%
    Contact on the day: 100%
    If you do not contact us and do not use the service: 100%
    *If you make a reservation online and pay in advance, the cancellation fee may differ from the above.
    *If you made a reservation online, to confirm or cancel your reservation, please go to the reservation/cancellation page.
    Please note that the cancellation deadline on the website differs depending on the plan. If the deadline has passed, please contact the hotel directly. Cancellation regulations may differ depending on the reservation plan. For details, please check the accommodation plan you have reserved or contact the hotel.

    A.

    As long as there are seats available, we also accept reservations on the day of your visit.

    Are there any menu items that I can't order without making a reservation?

    Reservations are required for children's menus, birthday cakes and other special dishes.

    Can I rent the entire facility?

    A.

    We accept reservations for private parties for 40 to 100 people. (16:00-22:00)
    If you would like to hold a regular party, we can provide you with a banquet room.

    Do you have any special plans to celebrate your birthday?

    If you are a small group, we recommend the seasonal course menu.
    You can use this service not only for birthdays, but also for any important anniversary. (Reservations must be made at least one week in advance.)

    Is there a children's menu?

    Reservations are required for children's menus, birthday cakes and other special dishes.

    I would like to use the facility for a celebration. Can you provide flowers, cake, etc.?

    We can prepare it for you, so please let us know at least 7 days in advance.

    We have a semi-private room that can accommodate up to 25 people.

    Are there smoking and non-smoking seats?

    Smoking is prohibited throughout the day. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking booths provided. (No eating or drinking allowed.)

Banquets and meetings

    Is it okay to make a reservation at the last minute?

    A.

    If you are only using the venue for a meeting or conference, we can accommodate you on the day as long as the venue is available.
    For parties, depending on the number of people, please feel free to contact us and make reservations 2 or 3 days in advance.

    By when should I decide on the number of people and the arrangements? Can I change them?

    A.

    We will accept arrangements such as the food menu, number of people, and equipment approximately 10 days prior to the date of use.
    If there are any changes after that, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm your details in the morning two days before your stay.

    Can I reserve the venue temporarily? Will there be a fee? Up to how many days before the event can I cancel?

    A.

    You can make a provisional reservation. There is no charge for this. You will be asked to respond within one week of making the reservation.

    Can I have a wedding?

    A.

    Yes, that is possible. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, not just wedding ceremonies and receptions, but also after-parties, family dinners, etc.

    Can I order the same food as I would in a restaurant?

    Can I take food home?

    Unfortunately, we do not allow food to be taken away.

    We can also arrange hire cars and taxis.

    Can I hold a farewell party, memorial service, or Buddhist memorial service?

    We cater to a wide range of clients, both corporate and individual.

Parking

  • Q.

    Can I use the parking lot when I stay overnight?

    A.

    There is a parking lot with capacity for 338 cars on the 4th to 7th floors of the hotel building (Times CARINO ESAKA).
    The parking fee is 750 yen for 24 hours from the time of entry (1,000 yen from April 1, 2022).

    Can I use the parking lot if I'm only using the restaurant or holding a banquet?

    A.

    [When using the restaurant]
    You can use the facility free of charge for one hour for every food and drink purchase of 2,000 yen or more.

    [For banquets and meetings]
    You can use it for free for 3 hours.

    [For wedding use]
    You can use it for free for 6 hours.

    *330 yen for every 30 minutes outside the above hours
    *Please note that we will not allow customers who have been drinking to drive to our facility.

    Are there any types of vehicles that cannot be parked in the parking lot?

    A.

    Vehicles over 2.1m in height and 1.85m in width cannot be accommodated.
    Minibuses, wagons, large buses, motorcycles, etc. cannot be accommodated. We will introduce you to a separate parking lot outside the premises (charges apply). Please contact us for more information.
