This plan allows you to rent out Private Room on the 30th floor of the hotel exclusively.
During your stay, you can also rent out the terrace overlooking the city. The room is equipped with sofas, a dining table, a projector and speakers.

Usage flow

When you arrive at FUTAKOTAMAGAWA EXCEL HOTEL TOKYU, please come to the restaurant entrance on the 30th floor. After paying, a staff member will guide you to your room.
- 3. Leaving the room

Before leaving the room, please put any items you have used in the room into the trash can provided and tidy up. When you leave, please inform the staff at the restaurant entrance. The staff will check the room together with you.

FAQs
Can I bring in food and drinks?
You can bring in trash. However, we ask that you put all trash in the trash bins provided before leaving the room.
Is it possible to decorate the room with balloons etc?
You can only use masking tape to attach items within the designated area. When you are finished, please remove everything and put anything you no longer need in the trash can provided before leaving the room.
Can I have my luggage delivered to the hotel?
This can only be accommodated if you request it at the time of booking and arrangements can be made for arrival on the day before your intended use.
However, we cannot accept valuables, food, or cash on delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for any troubles related to delivery.
Can I connect a smartphone to the projector?
You can connect with a cable. We also have adapters available for iPhone/Android connection, so please ask.
