Black tea flavored custard cream is combined with "Daisuki" rice from northern Satsuma. The sweetness of vanilla ice cream and the rich flavor of "Daisuki", which has a high sugar content and a slightly sour taste, are combined with pie and feuillantine to create a mille-feuille style treat.
