"A hotel that is kind to the earth, the city and people"

We have three sustainability goals and six key sustainability themes.
(Among social issues, we will determine which themes to focus on)
With a deep awareness of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), we will contribute to the realization of a "sustainable society" through our hotel business.

Three Sustainability Aims

Earth-friendly

Striving to be a hotel with a minimal burden on the global environment, we contribute to the realization of a low-carbon, circular society through green coin activities, hotel operation using hydrogen energy, and the reduction and recycling of food waste.

Friendly to the town

Striving to be a beloved hotel with roots in the community, we contribute to the development of the local area by actively participating in local festivals and events, accommodating those unable to return home in the event of a disaster, and resuming operations as soon as possible.

People-friendly

Aiming to provide "comfortable hospitality," we are improving our facilities with universal rooms and vegan menus, while also fostering our people, who are the hotel's greatest asset, by creating a comfortable workplace and training our personnel.

Six key sustainability themes

-Low carbon, recycling-oriented society-

Green Coin Scheme (involving TOKYU HOTELS)

If you do not use the eligible amenities during your stay, please bring the provided green coins to the front desk as a donation for environmental conservation activities. Donations equivalent to the number of coins collected over the year will be donated to the "Children's Forest" project and Tanbayama Village "forest creation activities" through the public interest incorporated association OISCA.

Earth Friendly Stay

We ask guests staying multiple nights to cooperate with the "Earth Friendly Stay" initiative. Your room will be cleaned and linen changed every three days during your stay. By minimizing linen changes, we aim to reduce the resources used for cleaning.

-town planning-

town planning

We aim to be a hotel that is loved by the local community by actively participating in events and festivals in the Futako Tamagawa area, helping to revitalize the town.

Use of paper straws

We have eliminated the use of plastic straws in our restaurants and have introduced paper straws made from 100% paper.

Futako Tamagawa Clean Town Operation

We actively participate in regular city cleanups.

-safe and secure-

Regular disaster prevention and BCP training

We consider fire, food poisoning, and information leaks to be the three major risks in our hotels, and are working to prevent accidents. To protect the safety of our employees and guests, we have prepared disaster prevention manuals, disaster prevention drills and courses, and a BCP (Business Continuity Plan) to prepare for disasters.

-Comfortable-

Bright and open space
Rich nature such as Tama River and Mt. Fuji
A beautiful location

We offer a space where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city.

Vegan Menu

We offer delicious, healthy vegan menus using vegetables, fruits, grains and beans.

-Human Resource Development-

Improve skills through training etc.

We regularly hold various training sessions, such as hygiene management committees and in-house universities.

Measures against harassment

We regularly conduct prevention training using "Harassment Busters," starting with the basics.

Developing specialists through contests

TOKYU HOTELS holds cooking contests to train chefs and improve their skills.

-Corporate Governance and Compliance-

Corporate Governance

We are working on holding in-house training, improving our business systems, setting up consultation desks, and more.
