How do I make a reservation?
A.
You can make reservations by phone at TOKYU HOTELS Comfort Center or at any of our hotels. We also accept reservations via the Internet 24 hours a day.

Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?
A.
In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged (100% of the accommodation fee if you contact us after 3pm the day before, 100% on the day, or 100% for no-show). More details are provided below.

Can I specify the floor or room orientation when making a reservation?
A.
If you have any requests, please let us know when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please note that we cannot guarantee your request depending on the reservation situation, room type, etc.

How many days in advance do I need to make a reservation?

If there are vacant rooms, you can make a reservation on the day.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

We do have them available, so please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request as the number of rooms is limited.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

The building is not barrier-free, but with a few exceptions there are no major steps and so can be used by guests in wheelchairs.

We have rooms for three people, so please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you as the number of rooms is limited.

Do you have a crib?

We do have these available, so please let us know when you make your reservation. However, please note that we have a limited number of them, so you may not be able to use them.

What time can I check in? Is it okay if I check in late?
A.
Check-in is from 15:00. If you are going to be more than 2 hours later than the scheduled arrival time on the day of your stay, please contact the hotel. Failure to do so may result in your reservation being canceled.

Can I store my luggage before check-in?
A.
We will keep your belongings for a maximum of two weeks. Please note that we cannot keep valuables or easily damaged items.

Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?
A.
We will keep it at the front desk, so please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest in the remarks column of the shipping slip and send it to us. However, we do not accept cash on delivery.

Can I extend my check-out time? Until what time?
A.
If you wish to continue using the room after check-out (11:00), an additional fee will be charged.
Until 15:00: 25% of the basic accommodation fee
Until 18:00: 50% of the basic accommodation fee
After 18:00: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
Please note that this service may not be available depending on the availability of rooms on the day.
COMFORT MEMBERS Members can extend their stay free of charge until noon if they request it upon check-in. -

From what age do children need to pay the admission fee? Are there any child rates?

Children under elementary school age who do not require a bed (sharing a bed) will not be charged an accommodation fee.

What kind of corporate services are available? Is it possible to enter into a corporate contract with all Tokyu Hotels, Excel Hotel Tokyu, and Tokyu REI Hotels nationwide? Conversely, is it possible to enter into a corporate contract with only one hotel?

Basically, the membership card can only be used by the person who registered it.
However, if you are a member and your family members are referred by us, we will give you a special discount rate when you stay with us.
When using the service, please inform the staff of your membership number and that you are using the service with a family member. (Points are not eligible for this service.) -

There are 30 multi-storey parking spaces and 3 flat parking spaces on the premises. (6:00-24:00)
Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so if the parking lot is full we will direct you to an off-site parking lot. -

Are there any types of vehicles that cannot be parked in the parking lot?
