Eligible for mileage accrual

You will be eligible for mileage accrual if you make a reservation through TOKYU HOTELS Reservations Line or by calling each hotel directly using a rate that is eligible for mileage accrual and pay directly at the hotel where you stay.

Plans that are designated as "eligible for mileage accrual" when booking online through the Tokyu Hotels website are eligible for mileage accrual.
Mileage Accrual Method
Accrual procedures when making a reservation
1. When making a reservation
Please make reservations by phone using our mileage service. We will provide you with information on rates and campaigns that qualify for mileage accrual, so please state the name of the airline you are using when making the reservation.
We also have plans available for reservation through our website, so please check the online reservation page. However, please note that you may not be able to make a reservation depending on the room availability at each hotel.
2. When checking in at a hotel
Please present your mileage card.
3. When checking out of the hotel
Please keep the hotel receipt issued to you at check-out until your miles have been credited to your account. Miles will be credited to your account 2-3 months later.
Accrual procedures after your stay

Tokyu Hotels does not accept applications for mileage accrual after a stay. Applications are accepted through the airlines that offer mileage services, so please follow the procedures in accordance with the terms and conditions of each mileage service.

As a general rule, miles are only eligible for mileage accrual when reservations are made directly with each hotel or through the TOKYU HOTELS reservation line.

Miles are credited to one airline per stay, from check-in to check-out, regardless of the number of nights stayed.
However, for ANA Mileage Club, the displayed miles will be accumulated per night. -
If you check out of a hotel and then check in to the same hotel within 24 hours, it will be considered as one stay.

Participating hotels and accrued mileage may change without notice.

Even if you make a reservation through a travel agency or another company's website, you will be eligible to earn miles if the plan you book is eligible for mileage accrual.

If multiple members stay in the same room, miles will only be earned for one person (the member whose name is registered as the guest). Even if one person reserves and pays for multiple rooms, miles will only be earned for one room.

Only the person whose name appears on the receipt can accrue hotel miles.

Even if you provide your mileage membership number when making a hotel reservation, if you do not provide it at check-in, mileage will not be credited.
