Take the elevator from the Shinkansen platform down to the ground floor and go through the ticket gates to the south exit. *Your ticket will be dispensed again, so don't forget to take it.

Follow the signs and go down the stairs. There is a wheelchair lift available, so please ask a station staff member at Mishima Station for assistance.

Walk straight through the station and take the elevator at the end to the ground floor.

After getting off the elevator, please exit through the South Exit ticket gate on your right.

Once you exit the ticket gate, you will see the hotel on your right.
Continue straight towards the hotel and enter the Mitowa Mishima shopping complex.

There is an elevator at the back of the commercial facility, so please take it up to the second floor.

Take the elevator down and you will arrive at the hotel.
