Tonpeiyaki, a B-class Osaka gourmet dish

[Demonstration] Get excited watching the food being cooked right in front of you! Tonpeiyaki is a B-class gourmet dish that originated in Osaka, with sweet and spicy pork wrapped in egg. The mellowness of the egg that wraps the ingredients, and the irresistible combination of sauce and mayonnaise make it a hearty dish that you can eat in no time.

Minami-Mido collaboration project "Red bean porridge"

A new collaborative project with Minami-Mido: "Azuki bean porridge" will be available exclusively on the monthly anniversary of Saint Shinran's death.
Based on a recipe provided by Minami-Mido, "Azuki Bean Porridge" made with rice produced in Osaka, topped with azuki beans, sweet potatoes, and seasonal ingredients, will be available as a hotel breakfast for a limited time.
Period: Breakfast on the 28th and 29th of each month
*Available during the Hoonko period in October (25th to 29th)

Morning bowl

A rice bowl corner where customers can freely arrange their own dishes.
Enjoy making your own original "Morning" bowl from a variety of toppings, including minced meat made with "Naniwa Kurogyu", the only pure black wagyu beef produced in Osaka, characterized by its tender meat and light fat, and "New Soy Sauce", a certified "Osaka-Mon Masterpiece" product, as well as shredded egg, whitebait, and mentaiko.
