Tonpeiyaki, a B-class Osaka gourmet dish

[Demonstration] Get excited watching the food being cooked right in front of you! Tonpeiyaki is a B-class gourmet dish that originated in Osaka, with sweet and spicy pork wrapped in egg. The mellowness of the egg that wraps the ingredients, and the irresistible combination of sauce and mayonnaise make it a hearty dish that you can eat in no time.

Osaka Mido Bowl

Osaka-produced ingredients and food waste prevention = delicious pickled rice bowl
Kizu Market, located in Naniwa Ward, Osaka City, is one of the largest privately run regional wholesale markets in Japan.
At over 150 stores, you can find rare ingredients, including fresh ingredients from all over Japan and local ingredients from Osaka. The chef visits Kizu Market and collaborates with a fishmonger to select fresh fish to eliminate food waste. The fish is then marinated and served as a rice bowl.
You can change the flavor by adding toppings such as sesame seeds or shiso leaves, or enjoy it as dashi chazuke by pouring hot broth over it.

Manneken Waffle

Manneken in Rozen, Suita Osaka was the first place in Japan to bake Belgian waffles.
The key to the flavor is Belgian pearl sugar. The granular pearl sugar has the unique feature of not melting all the way through even when baked, creating a unique crunchy texture.
The dough is baked in a mould that is also used in Belgium, resulting in a unique texture that is crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.
Please enjoy our fantastic waffles for breakfast, created using authentic ingredients and traditional methods, and through extensive original research to suit Japanese tastes.

Mixed Juice

If you come to Osaka, come try it!
Mixed juice was created at a fruit store in Shinsekai, Osaka, with the desire to avoid wasting fruit. Mixed juice, which contained many different kinds of fruit that were considered a luxury at the time, is a beloved Osaka soul food made not only in coffee shops but also at home. If you come to Osaka, please try it!
