Access and parking

    What is the nearest station?

    A.

    Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, Chuo Line, and Yotsubashi Line.
    It is a 2-minute walk from Exit 13. If you are using the escalator, please come from Exit 16 (Semba Center Building No. 10), and if you are using the elevator, please come from Exit 18.
    *The escalator at Exit 16 cannot be used outside of business hours.

    Additionally, it is an 8-minute walk from Exit 3 of Shinsaibashi Station on the Midosuji Line and Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line, so you can enjoy shopping and gourmet food in the Shinsaibashi/Amerikamura area.

    How do I get to Orix Theater?

    A.

    It's about a 10 minute walk.

  • Q.

    How do I get to INTEX Osaka?

    A.

    Take the Osaka Metro Chuo Line from "Hommachi Station" and get off at the last stop, "Cosmo Square Station". INTEX Osaka is about a 10-minute walk from the station, but there may be a circular bus operating during events, so please check the organizer's website.
    Alternatively, you can transfer to the Osaka Metro Port Town Line at Cosmosquare Station and get off at Nakafuto Station.
    The journey takes approximately 30 minutes whether you walk from Cosmosquare Station or Nakafuto Station.

    How do I get to Universal Studios Japan (USJ)?

    A.

    Take the Osaka Metro Chuo Line at "Honmachi Station" and get off at "Bentencho Station", three stops away. Transfer to the JR Osaka Loop Line and get off at "Nishi-kujo Station", two stops away, then transfer to a train bound for "Universal City Station" and arrive two stops later.
    The journey takes approximately 30 to 35 minutes.

    How do I get to Kyocera Dome Osaka?

    A.

    Take the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line to Shinsaibashi Station (Exit 3) and get off three stops later at Dome-mae Chiyozaki Station.
    The hotel is an 8-minute walk north from Exit 3 of Shinsaibashi Station (Shinsaibashi Tokyu Building).
    The journey takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
    *If you board the Midosuji Line at "Honmachi Station" and transfer at "Shinsaibashi Station", you will need to walk from the rear of the train to the front on the platform, which will take some time. Please use Shinsaibashi Station except when it is raining.

    How do I get to Hanshin Koshien Stadium?

    A.

    Method 1. Take the Osaka Metro Chuo Line at Honmachi Station and get off at Kujo Station, two stops away, then transfer to the Hanshin Railway and get off at Koshien Station.
    Method 2. Take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line at Honmachi Station and get off at Umeda Station, two stops away, then transfer to the Hanshin Railway and get off at Koshien Station.
    Both journeys take approximately 25 to 30 minutes.

    Is there a parking lot?

    There are two affiliated parking lots, but each has restrictions on entry/exit times and vehicle height.
    If the conditions are not met or the parking lot is full, please use a nearby parking lot.

    What types of rooms are available?

    A.

    The superior floors, from the 5th to the 15th floors, offer Superior Double, Superior Twin, Japanese Twin, and Accessible Twin rooms.
    On the 16th floor, THE MIDO FLOOR, you will find ROOM AMEMURA, ROOM MINAMI, ROOM RIKYU, and ROOM TAIKOH.
    You can take off your shoes and relax in the following room types: Japanese Twin (5th and 6th floors), ROOM RIKYU (16th floor), and ROOM TAIKOH (16th floor).

    What is the view from your room?

    A.

    On the Superior Floor, the Superior Double rooms face the Midosuji side (facing east), while the Superior Twin, Japanese Twin and Accessible Twin rooms face the Jodo Shinshu Otaniha Namba Betsuin side (facing west).
    On THE MIDO FLOOR, "ROOM AMEMURA" and "ROOM MINAMI" face the Midosuji side (facing east), while "ROOM RIKYU" and "ROOM TAIKOH" face the Nanba Betsuin temple of the Shinshu Otaniha (facing west). From the corner room "ROOM MINAMI" you can see the night view of Midosuji.

    What are the features of THE MIDO FLOOR?

    A.

    This special floor consists of six rooms and a private lounge, taking advantage of the open feeling of the 3.8m ceiling height.
    ・" ROOM MINAMI" is a 75.7m2 guest room featuring a bathtub overlooking the night view of Midosuji.
    ・" ROOM AMEMURA" is a 47.3㎡ guest room based on the image of Americamura and features a loft-type bed space.
    "ROOM RIKYU" and "ROOM TAIKOH" are 51.4m2 and 63.1m2 guest rooms that emphasize Japanese furnishings, and guests can sleep on futons instead of beds.

    Are there rooms available for 3 or 4 people?

    A.

    For 3 people, we have a room with an extra bed in the Superior Twin Room. The width of the bed is 110cm, the same as the regular bed, and the length is 196cm, which is 9cm shorter. When booking online, please search for 3 adults.
    We also have a room for 4 people called "ROOM TAIKOH" on THE MIDO FLOOR. This room has futons laid out. Please search for 4 adults on the internet.

    Are there smoking and non-smoking rooms?

    A.

    All rooms are non-smoking.
    Smoking booths are located on the 16th floor, the front desk floor, and on the 17th floor, the restaurant floor.

    Are there any barrier-free rooms?

    A.

    Unfortunately, no. However, we do have one "Accessible Twin" room available. The sink and light switches are lowered and the bathroom door is a sliding door. Please contact us to inquire about availability.

    Unfortunately, we don't have any.

    Can I make a reservation for day use?

    A.

    We accept reservations online.
    Please make sure your search includes your arrival and departure dates.

    Do you have a crib?

    A.

    We have them available for 2,000 yen (tax included) per unit, so please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request as the number of units is limited.

    Can I prepare fruits, flowers, etc. in the room in advance?

    Please inquire when making a reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request.

    Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged (after 3pm the day before, on the day, or no-show: 100%). Please see below for more details.

    Can I specify the floor or room orientation when making a reservation?

    If you have any requests, please let us know when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please note that we cannot guarantee your request depending on the reservation situation, room type, etc.

    Can I make a reservation on the day?

    A.

    Reservations can be made on the day.
    Even if there are no rooms available online for the day, you may be able to make a reservation if you contact the hotel directly.

    What time can I check in? Is it okay if I check in late?

    A.

    Check-in is from 14:00. If you are going to be more than 2 hours later than the scheduled arrival time on the day of your stay, please contact the hotel. If you do not contact us, your reservation may be canceled.

    Can I store my luggage before check-in?

    A.

    We will accept your luggage from the day before your check-in date. Please note that we cannot accept valuables or easily damaged items.

    Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?

    We will keep it at the front desk, so please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest in the remarks column of the shipping slip and send it to us. However, we do not accept cash on delivery.

    Can I extend my check-out time? Until what time?

    If you wish to continue using the room after check-out (11:00), an additional fee will be charged.
    Until 15:00: 25% of basic room rate
    Until 18:00: 50% of basic room rate

    From what age do children need to pay the admission fee? Are there any child rates?

    There are no child rates.
    Children under elementary school age who do not require a bed (sharing a room with a guest) will not be charged an accommodation fee. The breakfast fee for elementary school children is 1,210 yen.

    Can I connect to the Internet in my room?

    High-speed internet connection and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) are available free of charge.

    A children's menu is available for lunch and dinner.
    The fee for elementary school children for breakfast only is 1,425 yen.

Banquets and meetings

    Is it okay to make a reservation at the last minute?

    If you wish to use the venue only for meetings, etc., we can accept your request up to three days in advance as long as the venue is available.
    For parties, please feel free to contact us and make reservations up to one week in advance, depending on the number of people using the facility.

    By when should I decide on the number of people and the arrangements? Can I change them?

    We will accept arrangements for the food menu, number of people, equipment, etc. about 10 days before the date of use.
    If there are any changes after that, please contact us as soon as possible.
    A final confirmation will be made in the morning two days before your stay.

    Can I reserve the venue temporarily? Will there be a fee? Up to how many days before the event can I cancel?

    We can hold the property provisionally. There is no charge for this. We ask for your response within one week of the provisional hold.
    In addition, if you cancel a banquet or other event that you have already made a reservation for, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows.
    ・From the date of application until 91 days before the banquet date, actual cost
    ・From 90 to 61 days prior to the banquet date, 20% of the estimated price (excluding tax and service charges) + actual cost
    ・From 60 to 31 days prior to the banquet date, 40% of the estimated price (excluding tax and service charges) + actual cost
    ・From 30 days to 11 days before the banquet date, 60% of the estimated price (excluding tax and service charges) + actual cost

    Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?

    In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged. Except for group reservations (10 or more people), 100% of the usage fee (excluding service charges and taxes) will be charged for cancellations made after 3pm the day before, on the day of the reservation, or no-shows. (This may differ depending on the plan, so please contact us for details.)
    For group reservations (10 or more but less than 60 people), we will charge 20% of the usage fee (excluding service charges and taxes) 14 days in advance, 50% 7 to 2 days in advance, and 100% the day before or on the day of the reservation or no-show.
    For group reservations (61 people or more), the following charges will apply: 20% of the fee (excluding service charges and taxes) 30 days in advance, 50% 14 days in advance, 80% 7 to 2 days in advance, and 100% the day before or on the day of the stay/no-show.
