"Osaka produce x Kansai ingredients x curry"

The lineup includes three new dishes using ingredients from Osaka and Kansai, as well as two grand menu items!
During the fair, we will also be serving a summer version of our lunch buffet!

What is "Osaka-mon"?
 

Osaka products are agricultural, livestock, forestry, and fishery products grown and produced in the Osaka region, as well as processed foods that use them as raw materials. At this fair, we will use "Naniwa Black Beef" and "Yoyori Mushroom", as well as vegetables from "Naniwa specialties" such as onions and cucumbers as garnishes.

What are Osaka-made specialties?
 

Osaka-mon masterpieces are souvenirs that represent Osaka, processed foods that have been produced for over 50 years, and other products that have been loved throughout the ages. At this fair, Katashimo's Hiyashi Ame will be served as a drink at the lunch buffet.

European-style curry of Naniwa black beef with deep-fried mushrooms ~butter rice~

The combination of tenderly stewed Naniwa Kurogyu beef belly, curry roux with demi-glace sauce for added flavor, and buttery rice with raisins is outstanding. Please also enjoy the deep-fried yoroshii mushrooms and egg fritters, both produced in Osaka. Comes with pickled vegetables.

Spicy cutlet curry with Hiyoshi pork from Kyoto- 16-grain rice

The pork cutlet is made from the loin meat of "Hiyoshi Pork from Kyoto", which has been softened by soaking it in CHOYA's plum wine, and is paired with a spicy curry made with more than 10 kinds of spices and the aroma of cumin. Please also enjoy the pork stewed in curry roux. Comes with pickled vegetables.

Butter shrimp curry with red chili flavor - saffron rice

Minami-Mido curry

This dish was created by the chef based on a recipe for shojin curry provided by the monks of the Nanba Betsuin Minami-Mido temple of the Shinshu Otaniha sect. It is accompanied by a stir-fried dish of freeze-dried tofu and cucumber, also made using a recipe provided by the monks.

During the fair, "Katashimo chilled candy" will be available at the drink bar. Summer desserts will also be available.

Katashimo's Hiyashi Ame, a specialty of Osaka

"Hiyashi ame" is a nutritious summer drink made by dissolving maltose in hot water, adding squeezed ginger juice, and then cooling it. It has long been a popular drink in the Kansai region, centered around Osaka.
For over 50 years, Katashimo Winery has been producing sake using 100% domestic ingredients, such as fresh ginger from Kochi and brown sugar from Hateruma Okinawa using the same presses and bottling equipment as wine.
Enjoy Katashimo's Hiyashi Ame, made using carefully selected ingredients and traditional methods, at our lunch buffet.


The displayed price includes 12% service charge and 10% consumption tax.

The menu may change depending on the availability of ingredients.
