We will provide information on our facilities and steps so that wheelchair users can have a comfortable stay.

There are few steps between the entrance and the elevator to the guest rooms, providing plenty of space.
1st floor Multipurpose toilet
There is one wheelchair-accessible toilet in the lobby on the first floor (to the right of the front desk, next to the smoking area).

There is one elevator with a wheelchair mark button.
1st floor Restaurant "L’arbre" restaurant
This is the breakfast buffet venue. There are no steps inside the restaurant.
If you would like a seat near the entrance, please let us know in advance.
Guest Rooms Family Room (Non-smoking, Western-style) *Guest room with handrails [Limited to 1 room]
Located near the elevator, this spacious 44 m2 room has a separate bathroom and toilet.
There are handrails in the toilet and bathroom. Wheelchairs can be used in the guest rooms, but they are not barrier-free rooms.
Wheelchair access is limited to the bathroom. There is a 5cm step at the bathroom entrance.
*We cannot bring a wheelchair to the bedside. You will have to move from the foot area.
*There is only one room with handrails in the toilet and bathroom.
The bathroom entrance is a sliding door that is approximately 75cm wide. There is no step.
The toilet has a hinged door with a 1cm step at the entrance. The bathroom has a hinged door with a 5cm step at the entrance.
The toilet has grab bars on both sides.
The bathroom has handrails on the sides of the bathtub and around the mirror.
The height of the washbasin is approximately 75cm.
Guest Rooms: Standard twin room (some non-smoking rooms available, Western-style rooms)
This 30㎡ room has a unit bath. There are handrails in the bathroom, but it is not a barrier-free room.
Wheelchair access is limited to the bathroom. There is a 5cm step at the entrance to the unit bath.
*We cannot bring a wheelchair to the bedside. You will have to move from the foot area.
There is no door to the washroom. The entrance is about 75m wide and has no steps.
The unit bathroom has a hinged door and there is a 5cm step at the entrance. The height of the sink is about 75cm.
There are handrails in some areas of the bathroom (unit bath).
We have equipment for assisting guests available for loan, but please note that the number is limited.
