    How do I make a reservation?

    A.

    If you would like to make a reservation by phone, please contact the TOKYU HOTELS Reservation Center or each hotel. We also accept reservations via the Internet.

    Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged (100% of the standard rate if cancelled after 3pm the day before, 100% on the day, or 100% of the standard rate). Please see below for more details.

    I would like to know about available rooms immediately. Is there a availability calendar?

    If you have any requests, please let us know when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please note that we cannot guarantee your request depending on the reservation situation, room type, etc.

    How many days in advance do I need to make a reservation?

    Do you have non-smoking rooms?

    All guest rooms at our hotel are non-smoking. We have provided designated smoking spaces for guests who smoke, but please note that smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

    The entire building is barrier-free. Wheelchairs are available, so please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request as we only have a limited number of wheelchairs. We also have barrier-free rooms.

    Baby cribs are available free of charge, so please request one when making your reservation. Please note that we have a limited number of cribs, so you may not be able to use one.

    Can I prepare fruits, flowers, etc. in the room in advance?

    We have them available, so please ask at the front desk when you make a reservation or when you stay. As the number is limited, you may not be able to use them. Thank you for your understanding.

    What time can I check in? Is it okay if I check in late?

    A.

    Check-in is from 14:00. If you are going to be more than 2 hours later than the scheduled arrival time on the day of your stay, please contact the hotel. If you do not contact us, your reservation may be canceled.

    Can I store my luggage before check-in?

    A.

    We will store approximately two suitcases per person from five days before the check-in date. Please note that we cannot store valuables or easily damaged items.

    Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?

    We will keep it at the front desk, so please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest in the remarks column of the shipping slip and send it to us. However, we do not accept cash on delivery.

    Can I extend my check-out time? Until what time?

    If you wish to continue using the room after check-out (11:00), an additional fee will be charged.
    Until 15:00: 25% of the basic accommodation fee
    Until 18:00: 50% of the basic accommodation fee
    After 18:00: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
    Please note that this may not be possible depending on the room availability on the day. Comfort Members can extend their stay free of charge until 12:00 if they request it at check-in.

    Children under elementary school age who do not require a bed (sharing a bed) will not be charged an accommodation fee.

    Are there private rooms?

    Private rooms are available at the restaurant "A Viento" and Japanese restaurant "Shunsai" on the 25th floor, and at the lounge "Estacion Cafe" on the 5th floor.

    Can I have a wedding?

    We do not have a wedding hall, dress room, beauty salon, or photo studio, but we do accept reservations for wedding parties and after-parties.

  • Q.

    Can I order the same dishes as those served at the restaurant on the 25th floor?

    A.

    Although we will not be able to serve the exact same course, the chef from the French restaurant on the 25th floor and the head chef for Japanese cuisine will be in charge.

    Is it okay to make a reservation at the last minute?

    A.

    If you are only using the venue for a meeting, etc., we can accommodate you on the day as long as the venue is available, depending on the scale. For parties, depending on the number of people, please feel free to contact us and make reservations 2 or 3 days in advance.

    By when should I decide on the number of people and the details of the arrangements? Can I make changes?

    We will accept arrangements such as the menu, number of people, and equipment about one week before the date of use. If there are any changes after that, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm the details by noon two days before the date of use.

    Can I reserve the venue temporarily? Will there be a fee for doing so?

    You can make a tentative reservation. No fee will be charged. You will be asked to respond within one week of making the tentative reservation. After you receive confirmation, a cancellation fee will be charged.

    Wireless LAN (WiFi up to 100Mbps) is available in all meeting rooms and banquet halls (free of charge).
