We offer three types of summer ice cream: "Strawberry," a Japanese summer classic; "Mango," a tropical flavor; and "Matcha Condensed Milk," a favorite among overseas guests. All flavors are topped with our hotel's original special sauce.

<Strawberry>
A layer of vanilla ice cream hidden inside pure ice, topped with a creamy layer of strawberry jam and condensed milk espuma.

<Mango>
We use Thai mangoes that have a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness. We blend passion fruit into the mango sauce to add a refreshing sourness. The pure ice contains almond pudding and yogurt ice cream.

<Matcha condensed milk>
Pure ice wrapped around matcha ice cream is topped with a creamy matcha sauce that combines the bitterness of matcha and the sweetness of condensed milk, and is topped with shiratama (rice flour dumplings) dipped in brown syrup, red bean paste, and rice crackers.
