・Summer mandarin and orange mousse
▶A summer mandarin mousse inspired by the sun, garnished with chocolate crow feathers.

・Yogurt mousse cake
▶ A cheesecake with yogurt, inspired by Kageyama's favorite drink, Gungun Yogurt, topped with berries inspired by Kageyama's colors. The whipped cream is squeezed to look like a king's cape, and a crown is added.

・Matcha mousse tart
▶Matcha mousse in the color of Yamaguchi is squeezed into a Mont Blanc style cake and garnished with black sesame seeds.

・Shortcake-style gateau
▶Tsukishima's favorite shortcake is finished with triangular chocolate and raspberries to resemble strawberries.

・Appleby-style apple gateau
▶ A gateau made with mascarpone cheese and sweetly simmered apple compote. Cocoa powder is sprinkled on top to match Kozume's hair color.

・Berry and Dark Chocolate Opera (Kuroo)
▶︎Inspired by Kuroo, the cake is made with several layers of dark chocolate and mousse made with blackberries and raspberries, and is garnished with cat-shaped chocolates.

・Owl-style citron cream puffs
▶ Citron cream sandwiched between cocoa choux pastries. Garnished with almonds to represent the Red-footed Owl.

・Owl-style bamboo charcoal Mont Blanc
▶︎A roll cake with charcoal Mont Blanc and gold sugar decorations to represent a Bokuto owl. The top is decorated with the crest of a Bokuto owl.

・Volleyball court style apricot mousse
▶A two-layered apricot and black tea mousse decorated with a net-like motif to represent an orange coat.
