A classic Christmas cake with a Santa Claus motif, made with strawberries and fresh cream. The rich and sharp Hokkaido fresh cream, carefully selected to bring out the sweetness of the bright red "Amaou" strawberries, and the sponge soaked in strawberry liqueur syrup give it a fruity taste. Enjoy the eye-catching visuals of the large, glossy strawberries and the large whiskers made of white chocolate.

Buche de Noel

A traditional French cake, Buche de Noel, finished with a mellow mousse made with fragrant Madagascar cacao. A layer of fragrantly baked dacquoise with hazelnuts added is placed on the bottom, and then a layer of hazelnut and milk chocolate feuilletine and refreshing lemon cream is placed on top. This warm cake reminiscent of trees is a dish that everyone will love.

Stollen
Stollen is a classic German pastry that you can enjoy slicing into small pieces while anticipating Christmas.
