The menu that Tonio Trussardi served to Josuke and his friends in the story has been arranged in the style of Shibuya Excel Hotel for "JOJODAY". The antipasto "Mozzarella and Tomato Salad" faithfully reproduces the sauce, while "Lamb Loin with Apple Sauce" and "Prostitute-Style Spaghetti" are reproduced in a compact form on the plate. The Stand "Pearl Jam" may cure your physical ailments.

This Italian pizza is made with the favorite foods of the six members of Bucciarati's team. Giorno has octopus, Bucciarati has scallops, Mista has salami that his Stand "Sex Pistols" loves, Narancia has mushrooms, Abbacchio has arugula, and Fugo has cheese. Based on the memorable line that the female prisoner Perm said to F.F. in "Stone Ocean," "The opposite of pig is salmon," we have prepared a dish that allows you to enjoy both pork and salmon. The "Pork Burger" is a small bun with chopped pork chops. The "Smoked Salmon Salad" is a thin bread lid topped with salmon rillette cream and a soft-boiled egg inside. The accompanying "french fries" are intentionally stuffed carelessly, and the plate is sprinkled with "mushroom powder" to represent the inside of GDst prison.
