This is a gentle country dish where you top your favorite ingredients on Koshihikari rice produced in Nagano and enjoy it with dashi broth. Make this a special bowl of ramen that you create to your liking and make it a memorable memory.

A special curry made with plenty of apples. The fruity sweetness and sourness make it delicious. Many customers come back just for this curry!

Miso soup made with miso that has been naturally aged through the four seasons of Shinshu
This miso soup uses miso from Shinshu Miso Brewery "Daika Shoten," which was founded in 1821. The only ingredients used to make miso are soybeans, rice, and salt. This miso is made with carefully selected ingredients and painstaking effort, and not only does it taste different, it also has a different aroma.

    The tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled egg) flavored with bonito stock is carefully cooked on the spot and has a well-balanced sweetness and light yet strong flavor that spreads in your mouth, making it a perfect match for Shinshu rice.

    Oyaki made with dough made from 100% Shinshu-grown Yumeseiki wheat, giving it a chewy texture, and wrapped around Nozawana and mushrooms. Please try this local dish that is popular in Shinshu.
