About reservations and accommodation

    We offer special deals such as early bird discounts and QUO card plans.

    If I cancel my reservation, is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within two days of your planned stay. Please see below for details.
    For groups/organizations of 10 or more people, please contact us separately.

  • Q.

    Can I specify my desired room number, floor, facing direction, etc. when making a reservation?

    A.

    You cannot specify a room number. We can accommodate requests for floor number, room orientation, etc., but we cannot guarantee this at the time of reservation.
    Depending on the room availability on the day, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    Can I put my reservation on hold if it is cancelled?

    A.

    We only accept inquiries about waiting lists by phone. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation.

    Can three people stay in one room?

    A.

    We offer a triple plan which adds an extra bed to a twin room.
    *Due to space limitations, only non-smoking superior twin rooms are available.
    *Numbers are limited, so please call to check availability and prices.

    Can four people stay in one room?

    A.

    For parties of four or more, we ask that you combine twin, double, and single rooms.

    Do you have a crib.

    A.

    Please let us know when you make your reservation. Due to space limitations, we can only provide a twin room.
    An additional fee of 1,100 yen (1 night/tax included) will be charged on top of the accommodation fee. Please note that the number of bicycles is limited.

    Is it wheelchair accessible?

    A.

    There are no steps at the entrance to the room, so it is wheelchair accessible.
    There are no steps at the entrance to the bathroom. There is also a multi-purpose toilet on the lobby floor.
    For safety reasons, we ask that guests using wheelchairs be accompanied by an adult.

    Can I bring a guide dog?

    A.

    Guide dogs, service dogs and hearing assistance dogs may be brought along when using the hotel facilities.

    What time is check-in possible?

    A.

    Check-in is possible from 15:00 to midnight. Please let us know when making your reservation.
    Also, if you pay an additional fee, you can check in before 15:00. Please contact us by the day before.
    If you plan to arrive later than the scheduled time in your reservation, please contact the hotel in advance.
    If we do not hear from you, your reservation may be cancelled.

    What time is check-out?

    A.

    Check-out is by 11:00. If you wish to continue using the room after 11:00, an additional fee will be charged.
    Until 15:00: 25% of the basic accommodation fee
    Until 18:00: 50% of the basic accommodation fee
    After 18:00: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
    Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the availability of rooms on the day.
    COMFORT MEMBERS Members can extend their stay free of charge until 12:00 by requesting this upon check-in.

    Can I store my luggage at the front desk?

    A.

    If you check in, we will store your luggage from the morning of the day you check in, and if you check out, we will store it until the evening of the day you check out, both free of charge.
    Please note that valuables will require separate handling procedures.

    Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?

    A.

    We will keep it at the front desk, so please write your check-in date and the name of the guest on the delivery slip and send it to us.
    It will be handed to you at the front desk when you check in. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery.

    From what age do children need to pay the fee?

    A.

    Children under elementary school age who share a bed and do not require a bed or additional items (pillows, nightwear, towels, amenities, etc.) will not be charged an accommodation fee.
    Apart from this, there are no other child rates.

    How do I pay if I invite guests?

    Please pay in advance of your stay by visiting the hotel or by bank transfer.

About the restaurant

    Do I need to make a reservation for breakfast?

    A.

    A Japanese and Western buffet breakfast is available in the restaurant (06:30-09:30).
    Although you can use the facility without making a reservation, we recommend that you make a reservation for the advantageous plan that includes breakfast.

    Is there a plan that includes dinner?

    A.

    We also offer a plan that includes one night stay and two meals (dinner and breakfast).

    Separate reservations can also be made at the restaurant "Sanbada-an" located within the building.
    Please note that the facility may not be available for use due to private bookings, etc. Please enquire in advance when making your reservation.

Parking

    Is there a parking lot.

    A.

    There is parking space for 94 standard-sized cars on the hotel premises.
    Guests staying at the hotel can use the facility free of charge from check-in to check-out.
    Please contact us in advance if you are coming by minibus or other means.

    Orders received by 9:00 will be completed by 18:30 on the same day.
    Please note that we are closed every Sunday, some public holidays, Obon, and the New Year holidays.
