For guests staying consecutively
TOKYU HOTELS aims to be an "earth-friendly hotel" that places a minimal burden on the global environment.
Therefore, room cleaning for consecutive nights will be as follows (as of May 10th).
・We will refrain from cleaning your room during your stay.
・If you would like to have your room cleaned, have towels changed, or have trash taken out, please check the information below and attach the card corresponding to the purpose to the outside of your door by the specified time.

For long-term stays, rooms will be cleaned after 3 nights.
(This rule will apply to stays of 3 nights or more.)
[Example] If you are staying for 10 nights from May 10th, cleaning will be done on May 13th, 16th, and 19th. *The third day after cleaning*
*Cases that do not apply to the above: If you are staying with a plan that does not include cleaning
・If you would like to have your towels changed or have the trash removed, the cleaning staff will enter your room.
・If cleaning is not required, a portion of the linen fee will be donated to an environmental conservation organization.
