The sweetfish is slowly cooked in low-temperature oil with herbs and garlic so that you can eat it all the way down to the bone.

Piperade sauce

Piperade is a home-style dish from the Basque region of France. Tomatoes, garlic, peppers, and onions are sautéed and simmered to create a slightly spicy sauce. Crispy-skinned roasted Awaji chicken thigh meat and fluffy scrambled eggs are served with prosciutto.


Deep fried shrimp and scallops with tartar sauce made from "Nono Takumi Eggs" from Osaka

Enjoy the crispy fried head-on shrimp and fried scallops that lock in the delicious flavor of the shellfish, drizzled in tartar sauce made from local Osaka sauce and Osaka-produced "No-no-Takumi Eggs."
