Daily Demonstrations

A ready-made menu made right in front of you. We have 6 different dishes available each day.

Cheese omelette with wasabi-flavored mushroom cream sauce

A fluffy and melty cheese omelet made fresh by our chef using eggs from Shizuoka. Enjoy it with Imaihama's original wasabi-flavored mushroom cream sauce, which contains shiitake mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms.

Broiled fish soup

The fish bones served at Nanadaru, Japanese cuisine are slowly and carefully simmered in saltwater broth. Izu miso is dissolved in the broth combined with bonito stock to create a fish soup with the aroma of the sea.
To finish, fish tails that have been seared on a grill are placed into the bowl, adding a fragrant flavor to this luxurious fish soup.

Roast pork

Moist roast pork. Enjoy with "Izu Taiyo New Summer Orange Drink" made with Izu citrus fruits sold at JA and a sauce made with honey.

Deep fried Mishima croquette

This croquette is a local delicacy from Shizuoka, made with 100% May Queen potatoes harvested at the foot of the Hakone mountain range. It is characterized by a crispy exterior and a creamy, sweet interior. Enjoy with a special mayonnaise or sauce made with wasabi.

Pancakes made with extra-rich Izu Moo Moo Milk and eggs from Shizuoka

Freshly baked fluffy and soft pancakes made using the popular local milk. Enjoy with your favorite toppings, such as Izu jam, whipped cream, and Maple syrup made by the hotel's pastry chef.

SDGs Initiatives

Wasabi Dressing

The hotel uses a lot of ingredients, and reuses edible parts that were previously discarded in various ways.
Among them, the dressing made with plenty of vegetables and wasabi has a mild spiciness that goes well with salads. In addition to dressings, we also have a wide variety of healthy homemade seasonings such as jams and furikake. Please give them a try.

bread pudding

In the hands of a chef, leftover pieces of bread or bread with a slightly dry surface can be transformed into bread pudding! Bread pudding, with its soft and gentle sweetness and texture, is a popular dish for both children and adults. How about having it with a cup of coffee?

Regional materials

"The shape and color may be a little off, but it's delicious!"
Local farmers say this and bring us a variety of vegetables and fruits. With a little extra effort, we turn these into soups, jams, and dressings, and we hope that these "local seasonal produce" will help give you a morning boost.

Local production and consumption

Gotenbakoshi Hikari

The rice fields at the foot of Mt. Fuji are an ideal environment for growing rice, with abundant underground water and the large temperature difference between day and night. Grown from the mountains and water of Shizuoka, this rice is characterized by its strong fragrance and gentle sweetness.

The displayed price includes a 13% service charge and 10% consumption tax.

The menu may change depending on the availability of ingredients.
