About accommodation

    How do I make a reservation?

    A.

    We accept reservations by phone (9:00-18:00) or online.

  • Q.

    Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged: 20% of the usage fee (excluding service charges and taxes) if cancelled 3 days before, 30% if cancelled 2 days before, 50% if cancelled the day before, 100% if cancelled on the day of, and 100% if cancelled without showing.

    When can I make a reservation?

    A.

    TOKYU HOTELS COMFORT MEMBERS can make reservations 13 months in advance of the date of stay, and general guests can make reservations 12 months in advance. If there are rooms available, reservations can also be made on the day.
    For package products, etc., a deadline may be set for each package, so please see the plan information or contact us separately for details.

    Are there non-smoking/smoking rooms?

    A.

    From April 1, 2024, all guest rooms will be non-smoking. Please note that there are no smoking rooms.

    Is there a smoking area?

    A.

    There is a smoking area on the second floor of the building.
    In addition, smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel (guest balconies, pool, gardens, restaurants, etc.) except for designated smoking areas.

    How many people can stay in one room?

    We have rooms available for up to 8 adults. Please let us know your room type when making your reservation.
    Please note that there is a limit to the number of rooms available and that you may not be able to use the room.

    What kind of equipment is available for rental?

    A.

    We have wheelchairs, trouser presses, humidifiers, air purifiers, power adapters, blankets, children's slippers, bed guards, diaper bins, Bumbo, child toilet seats, strollers, board games, sewing kits, ice packs, and more.
    We have a limited number of items, so please forgive us if they are currently on loan.

    Can I prepare a whole cake, fruit, flowers, etc. in the room in advance?

    Please apply by 12:00 two days prior to your stay. The fee will be charged together with your accommodation fee.

    What time can I check in? Is it okay if I check in late?

    A.

    Check-in begins at 15:00.
    If you are going to be arriving later than the scheduled time on the day of your stay, or if you are going to arrive late at night, please contact the hotel. If you do not contact us, your reservation may be canceled.

    Can I store my luggage before and after check-in?

    A.

    We will store your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in.
    For reservations made in advance, we will accept your luggage for a maximum of one month. Please note that we cannot accept valuables, living things, or fragile items.

    Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?

    A.

    We will keep it at the front desk, so please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest in the comments section of the shipping slip before sending it.
    However, we do not offer cash on delivery. Please note that shipping will be handled by the shop in the hotel.

    Can I extend my check-out time? Until what time?

    A.

    If you wish to continue using the room after check-out time (11:00), an additional fee will be charged.

    ・After 15:00: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
    Please note that this service may not be available depending on the availability of rooms on the day.
    COMFORT MEMBERS Members will extend their check-out time until noon free of charge, except in special circumstances.

    From what age do children need to pay the admission fee? Are there any child rates?

    A.

    Children's rates apply to children of elementary school age or younger.
    Children aged 3 and over who share a bed will be charged 4,500 yen for facility usage, and 1,090 yen for preschoolers and 2,120 yen for elementary school students for breakfast. (Prices are per person per night)
    There is no accommodation fee for children aged 0-2 years old sharing existing beds.
    If you make reservations online, please enter the number of children who will be using bedding in the "Children" field. If the child will be sharing a bed, do not enter this information here, but write it in the comments section. (Example: There is one 0-year-old and one 5-year-old together. We would like to borrow one baby bed for the 0-year-old.)

    What payment methods can I use?

    A.

    We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, JCB, AMEX, Diners, DC, UC, UFJ, NICOS, TOP, Saison, JAL, OMC, TSCUBIC, UnionPay, etc.), code payments (QR/barcode), TOKYU HOTELS gift cards, etc.
    Electronic money (transportation type) cannot be used to pay for accommodation, but it can be used to pay at restaurants.

    How do I pay for inviting guests?

    A.

    Please pay at the hotel or by bank transfer before your stay.

  • Q.

    Is there a parking lot?

    A.

    There is an outdoor parking lot. It is exclusively for guests staying at the hotel, including those attending banquets.
    As a general rule, there is no charge.

  • Q.

    Are there any types of vehicles that cannot be parked in the parking lot?

    A.

    Generally no, but please contact us if you have large vehicles or minibuses.

    Is there a shuttle service?

    A.

    We provide a free shuttle bus between the hotel and Kawazu Station. Departures are on time and reservations are not required. However, if there are many customers, you may have to wait a little.
    We do not provide shuttle service to other stations or tourist destinations.

    Can I dispatch a taxi?

    A.

    Yes, we can. Please ask at the front desk.
    However, please be aware that local taxis are not available after the evening.

  • Q.

    Can I receive airline mileage services?

    A.

    We participate in the mileage services of JAL, ANA, and Philippine Airlines.

    Can I stay with pets?

    A.

    Pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel.

    Is there a pool?

    A.

    There is an outdoor pool. It is only open in the summer and is for guests only.
    There are two pools: one for adults with a maximum depth of 120cm and one for children with a maximum depth of 40cm.

    Can we call a photographer to take commemorative photos?

    Photo plan (1 hour of photography with a photographer, approx. 50 shots, 33,000 yen) is available. Please contact us for details as there will be an additional charge for arranging costumes and makeup, and bringing in a photographer.

About the restaurant

    Can I make a reservation? How do I do it?

    A.

    Dinnertime at each restaurant requires a reservation (including guests with accommodation plans that include meals). The same applies to guests visiting the restaurant as an outpatient.
    We accept reservations for the dining venue and time in advance. Depending on the date, it may be busy, so we recommend that you make a reservation early to ensure that your desired time is met.
    We do not accept reservations for breakfast or lunch, but please feel free to contact us to inquire about special menus or for groups (10 or more).

    Can I rent the entire facility?

    A.

    We do not normally accept reservations for the entire restaurants. Please use the banquet rooms available.

    Can I make a reservation for a restaurant wedding?

    Is room service available?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer room service. Please eat at one of our restaurants.

    Are there private rooms?

    A.

    Restaurant "Meleshii" and Teppanyaki "Shiosa-tei" have semi-private rooms that can accommodate up to 12 people.
    Although it is not a completely private room, the Japanese restaurant "Nanataki" has a Japanese-style room with a raised platform that can accommodate 6 to 20 people.

    All restaurants are non-smoking.
    There is a smoking area on the second floor of the building, so please use this area.

    Please make reservations for birthday cakes, special banquets for celebrations and memorial services, and other special dishes.

    I have allergies, can you prepare meals to accommodate them?

    A.

    If you have allergies, please contact us in advance. Please fill out a questionnaire with details about the allergens and symptoms, and we will contact you to see if we can prepare suitable meals.
    Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests from customers with severe allergies. In that case, we may ask you to bring your own food.
    If you declare any allergies on the day, it will take time for us to hear about them and consider how to respond. If you declare your allergies in advance, we will be able to serve you smoothly.

    Each restaurant has children's menus, tableware, high chairs, etc. You can also bring in baby food for infants. Please feel free to ask our staff for help with heating food in the microwave or cleaning baby bottles.

    If you are only using the venue for a meeting, etc., we can accommodate you on the day as long as the venue is available. For parties, please make a reservation 2 to 3 days in advance, depending on the number of people.

    We will accept arrangements such as the food menu, number of people, and equipment about one week before the date of use.
