The menu includes pork bowls and pork soup made with Kobe Pork, an original brand of pork from Takao Farm in Kobe, as well as daily sashimi dashi chazuke.
Croissants made with French AOP butter baked in the hotel every morning, salads, soups, etc.
Japanese and Western cuisine is served buffet style.

"Kobe Pork" Pork Bowl

This pork bowl is made with Kobe Pork, an original brand of pork from Kobe Takao Farm, which is raised with great care and attention to the quality of its drinking water and feed. The rich, flavorful, and tender meat makes it a delicious, light meal for breakfast.

Sashimi and broth tea

Rice topped with the daily sashimi is served with plenty of warm dashi. It is a light and warm dashi chazuke that is gentle on the body when you first wake up. (The sashimi changes depending on the day, and may be sea bream dressed in sesame sauce or pickled bonito.)

"Kobe Pork" Soup

This pork soup is made with the same Kobe pork as the pork bowl. It is a dish that combines the delicious flavors of bonito stock, root vegetables, Kobe pork, and white miso. Please enjoy this warm pork soup with lots of ingredients.

Flavored syrup

Just a little bit of flavored syrup can give your coffee a whole new aroma and flavor.
We offer three flavors: vanilla, with its distinctive sweet and fragrant aroma; sweet and melt-in-your-mouth caramel; and rich, silky white chocolate.

June 15th | Mango and kiwi fruit douhua

Douhua is made by solidifying soy milk with gelatin. The gentle sweetness of honey and soy milk spreads softly in your mouth.

July 6th | Butterfly Teepee & Milk Jelly

This jelly is inspired by the Milky Way, with the blue and purple of the butterfly teepee and the white of the milk.

August 15th | White peach rare cheese mousse

A refreshing mousse with the perfect balance of cream cheese and white peach's sourness and subtle sweetness.
